01 · ORDER MANAGEMENT
Your buyers send orders however they like. A PDF attached to an email, a line sheet with the quantities typed in, an EDI 850 from a chain account, a photo of a handwritten sheet from a rep at market. Somebody on your team turns all of that into one consistent order — by retyping it.
Email PDFs, line sheets, EDI 850 flat files, sales-rep entry on a phone, WhatsApp screenshots, and walk-in showroom orders all arrive in the same structured queue. The format the buyer chose stops being your problem the moment it lands.
Every retailer formats their PDFs differently and none of them will change for you. Chukwu reconstructs the table positionally — each text run captured with its coordinates, then clustered into rows and columns — so it reads layouts it has never seen. You map the columns once, save it as a template, and the next PO from that buyer converts in one click.
Incoming orders are fingerprinted and checked against recent history, so the same PO arriving through JOOR on Monday and by email on Wednesday is flagged as one order rather than picked and shipped as two.
Per-account negotiated pricing, payment terms, credit limits and credit holds are attached to the buyer, not to the person typing. The order is priced correctly at intake rather than corrected at invoicing.
MODULES INVOLVED
It is the system that receives buyer purchase orders, turns them into consistent structured orders, applies each account’s pricing and terms, and hands them to whoever picks and ships. In wholesale specifically it also has to handle one product becoming many SKUs — style, then colour, then size — and orders arriving in several incompatible formats at once.
Yes. Chukwu Core includes a PDF converter that detects tables on any PDF layout, including scanned documents, and lets you map detected columns to the fields you need. Mappings save as reusable templates, so recurring buyers convert in one click. You can export to Excel or push the line items straight into the order queue.
No. Chukwu sits in front of accounting and feeds it clean orders. It exports to QuickBooks and to legacy ERP import formats, so you can keep the accounting system your bookkeeper already knows.
The first module is typically live in two to six weeks. Order intake is almost always the first thing deployed, because every other part of the operation is downstream of it.
The free diagnostic maps your current workflow and says which module removes the most pain first. Two to six weeks to the first module.
